Don Martin

Supervisor Don Martin has lived in Kalamazoo Township for nearly 50 years. Don has served the community in multiple roles during his tenure. He retired from the Kalamazoo Fire Department after 35 years at the rank of Assistant Chief. He has also served as an elected official on the Township since 2008, becoming Supervisor in 2018 by appointment upon outgoing Supervisor Ron Reid’s retirement. Martin was re-elected by township residents in 2020.

Supervisor Martin is the Township’s liaison with the Kalamazoo County Road Commission and serves on the Kalamazoo County Consolidated Dispatch Authority.
